Hospitality Growth provides restaurant intelligence tools including menu profitability analysis, inventory management, invoice processing, waste tracking, food safety compliance, and integrations with third-party point-of-sale and accounting systems.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. We do not claim ownership of your business data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
Our service uses AI models to process documents and provide business insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results should be reviewed and verified. We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated data.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use the platform for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
