When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you use our services, we collect data you provide including menu items, inventory records, invoices, sales data, food safety logs, and supplier information. We also collect photos and documents you upload for invoice scanning.
We use your data to provide restaurant intelligence services including menu profitability analysis, inventory tracking, invoice processing, waste monitoring, and food safety compliance. Your data is processed by AI models to extract document information and provide business insights.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security policies ensuring you can only access your own data. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not sell, trade, or share your business data with third parties.
We integrate with third-party services you connect (Square, QuickBooks, Lightspeed, Toast, RestoPlus) solely to import your business data. We use Google Gemini AI for document scanning and analysis. Vercel provides hosting and analytics.
Our mobile app requests camera and photo library access to scan invoices, receipts, and documents. Photos are processed for data extraction and are not stored longer than necessary for processing unless saved as part of an invoice record.
We may send push notifications for food safety alerts, low inventory warnings, and important business updates. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
